SLOWDOWN

I think I have discovered the reason for slowdown.  It has nothing 
to do with the number of troops or vehicles.  It happens when CPU 
vehicle get trapped by either a building, another vehicle or a piece 
of landscape.  If you can find the congested area and fore a few 
shots the game suddenly goes back to full speed.  You may need the 
Reveal All Map code in to find the snarl up.  Use it next time 
this happens and you will see that this is the reason.

SELL VEHICLES:

Buy a repair pad and put the vehicle you want to sell on it. switch the
select cousor to the sell icon and click on the repair pad. the vehicle
will now be sold.

DOLLAR BUILD:

you can make all structures for a dollar  (it has been tested and it
works):

first take your mcv by the eneimies base and then start a base and
then make another base away from the enemy and then sell all the stuff
u maid by the emey base and it will work for shure! and then u click a
contruction and it will cost you a $1
