with 29 officers already created create the 30th officer as a 24 year
old in 189 AD and make dream talent this officer will have 100 in
every category almost Josh

SWITCH CONTROLLER OF RULERS:

One player only.
Quit your ruler and let the computer control.
Now you should be watching only computer controlled rulers play.
At any time during the civil phase hit *'select' and you should be
able to choose and control any ruler on the board. Oh, yeah baby! *
may not happen immediatly.  Just keep slammin on the select button
during the civil phase and eventually it'll come up.
