ii. Introduction
----------------
Hello everybody, this is FAQ #15. First let me tell you how I wrote this:
Recently I bought Crash Team Racing (CTR) and got a free Demo of Spyro 2:
Ripto's Rage! with it, so that is how I know this information you see in this
FAQ/Walkthrough. Now, why did I decide to write an FAQ on Spyro 2? Because I
LOVE Spyro the Dragon. I have played and COMPLETELY beaten Spyro the Dragon (1)
with a 100%! I can't wait for the release of Spyro 2, because just from playing
the demo, it is GREAT! (The demo has 2 exactly the same levels from the real
game.) Spyro has many more moves now, plus new worlds, and the Shapes of the
jewels you collect have changed, (Well, redrawn I should say.) This is a great
game. If you loved Spyro the Dragon, you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this game.
iii. Menu Screen

I. About Spyro the Dragon
-------------------------
Spyro is a little purple dragon that is trying to save the world from his
enemies. In Spyro the Dragon (1) Spyro had to release ALL of the dragons that
were turned into stone. Hey, he's pretty brave and strong for such a small
little dragon. Well, now he's back in a whole new adventure. If you remember
when you beat Spyro the Dragon (1) It said, To be continued... or something like
that. Well here is the sequal, and it's better than ever. Your goal in Spyro the
Dragon (1) was to rescue all of the dragons and collect jewels and fight
enemies, but this time its a little different. You still collect jewels, but you
have different missions in each area. Spyro has a bunch of new moves including
his old moves. Its great!
II. Changes
-----------
Well, first of all, all of the jewels are redrawn. 2nd spyro has totally new
moves, one of them even allowing him to swim underwater!
Also, you have different missions in each area. And of course there are WHOLE
NEW levels, with WHOLE NEW enemies. And some few other things. But if you think
this one is like the 1st one, you are wrong. This game is different, you do
different things. Also, a BRAND NEW menu screen, when you press pause, a NEW
menu screen comes, up allowing you to save whenever you want. Plus many other
options in the menu screen. (See Menu Screen) If I notice any other changes, I
will be sure to post them.

the water, and if you press the [] button, you will dive and swim under water.
Climbing - Spyro also can now climb up steep hills or anything else, its great!
Spitting - A new and very useful move. Spyro gets powerups and can spit them at
his enemies. WOW!
Powerups - These are the things that spyro can spit at his enemies.
Old Moves
---------

V. Walkthrough
--------------
Sunny Beach - Your goal in this level is to save the baby turtles, if you talk
to Prince Tortiss he will tell you:
-"Hi Spyro, it's a good thing you're here. If you can help shepherd those baby
turtles over there to safety, I'll be mighty grateful."
-"The baby turtles will lead the way, but there are some obstacles in the way
that they can't pass. If you can clear the obstacles away, the turtles will be
able to make it to safety."
-"The gates around here will stay open if a switch is held down."
-"If you flame the big box turtle over there, you can make him move onto the
switch."
So from this information you need to help the baby turtles to safety, by
clearing obstacles for them. Collect all of the jewels as you go. Flame the big
box turtle to make him move onto the switch, and PRESTO! the gate opens allowing
the baby turtles to go on. Follow the baby turtles and keep opening gates and
killing enemies and collecting jewels as you go to complete this level.
Skelos Badlands - Your goal in this level is to save Gronk's little buddies from
the enemies. Talking to Gronk reveals the following:
-"Hey, dragon, I hear you're pretty tough. I bet my cousin Glug you wouldn't
be able to make it through badlands without getting singed."
-"Oh, if you see any of my little buddies getting torched, do you mind
helping them out?"
Ok, first get the powerup on the floor. But don't shoot it yet, if you do, don't
worry more will show up. Get the blue jewel right next to it. Then look across,
jump over there and get all of the jewels. There are jewls inside of the vase
too. Kill the enemie that is hurting Gronk's friend. Then go behind where Gronk
is, you will find another one of his buddies being torched by an enemy that has
a flamehead, kill the enemy and watch out for his fire head once you defeat him
(Charge him to kill him.) collect the jewels as you go.
Kill all of the enemies in this level, there are 28 of them and collect all of
the jewels.
Metropolis - Will come when I get the game...
Aquorio's - Will come when I get the game...
Speedways - Will come when I get the game...
Bosses - Will come when I get the game...
Breeze Harbor - Will come when I get the game...
