WARNING - CONTAINS LANGUAGE OF THE MATURE KIND

Stressed? Put it this way I put a crow bar through the bonnet of my car at dinner time & just started to calm down now.

One more thing goes wrong during this month I'm shooting people! I tend not to get stressed over things, but since November things have just been building up over time off work for holidays, wedding, moving, being ill, future operations, house getting renovated, father's anniversay, bills, credit card, work & car f'in about I finally snapped when I tried to put on new wheels trims on Jane's car that I got her for Xmas and they just wouldn't 'pop' on. So a gentle nudge and nothing, a little kick and "split!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" the straw that broke the camel's back. Crow bar in hand I was in a f'in massive rage & rant, the whole county heard me explode in verbal abuse (some directed to Jane) had to go back into the house & walked past my car cause I wanted to hit something or someone, but could never bring myself to act against Jane so the crow bar that I had in my hand went directly into the bonnet.

Not me who has it but Jane and she has taken her first steps to be fully cured. Today as park of her own Christmas present to herself she took the plunge & got a rather nice & techy Digital Camera & Sub-dye Printer Dock. I'm very imrpessed with it as a whole package & now she can call her own digital camera her own (instead of me having to use mine & take photos for her) I was at the time looking for a photoprinter for myself and was in doubt of either a real photo paper/sub-dye or a pretend photopaper/ink jet, both have pro's & cons but got to say the sub-dye make much better & vibrant photo's. I've had to teach her on the use of the entire equipment as myself had to learn some new techy stuff, but now got it sorted to print from Jane's docked camera, usb memory stick, my camera (via usb), PC and bluetooth wireless from PC. Just got to see how to set up to see if Jane can print from Mobile phone bluetooth as the manual doesn't say if it does or not.

Got an early night shift finish but don't have to go to work till later on tomorow as I'm in for an MRI scan on my eye & it dawned on me what Jane said the other day. "What happens if they find a tumor?"

I wasn't really thinking about it, but from a phone call on my break from work, one of her friends has found out she has cancer. How do you live with that? I know I've done something to my eye that makes it go funny double vision when i'm tired, but I have special glasses to compensate when I need them. I work with flour at work so I don't like wearing them due to getting messed with the blasted stuff & I can go 12-16 hours without them. Back in August I was just days away from getting corrective surgery but it was cancelled on at the last moment. Jane gets the feeling that there not telling me something until the results from my scan comes back. If the worse comes to that & they find something along the lines of that I'll be in "F**k it!!" mode as I've had some crap happen to me in the past few years & not letting this effect my life.

I've unlocked via an encore Guns N' Roses Sweet Child O' Mine and it's a pain in the rear. In real life the intro to it on the guitar is hard at the best of times, but this game version is mental. My fingers have never streched soooo far to hit the frets.

Guitar Hero II is starting to unlock really good stuff now & with progression on harder levels I can play properly. I've seem to hit an all time low on lower levels as I'm playing real life notes & chords that I would on a real guitar.

The game is has same feeling as the last one but I feel that the first 3 opening levels of music is pretty lame & mixed badly. You have 4 tracks that just don't go into a game what so ever! and to put Police's Message in a bottle & Nivarna's Heart Shaped Box in the early stages is just stupid, they are classic songs that should be hidden extras.

There's a quite a good mix of genre of music but i feel that thrashy/rock songs work much better this time around with the much improved hammer down technique with Anthrax's Madhouse (which I had a blast on hard & completed first time around with 92%) On easy mode you can only play 4 songs per level but set on the next one up you have to complete all 4 songs & get an encore to release the 5th track. e.g. Spinal Tap's Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight & Guns n' Roses classic Sweet Child O' Mine.

Not long to go till I get dragged to my doom & marry Jane. Last count it's 214 days away. Got our flights booked last night, £33 each return, damn cheap but by the time taxes, insurance etc. etc. was put on it worked out to £240 - still good price. We have to fly from Manchester to London Gatwick have a few hours stop over and then fly over to France Nice. Return flights is to London Heathrow instead of Gatwick with a few hours stay before going to Manchester, spend the night with the new in-laws and then back home to our new life.

Not been blogging as late due to shift work, but now getting to reviewing games again & not keeping with new releases I'm sort of doing a back catalogue of games that should be reviewed.

So far I've had the pleasure of getting my hands on Bully, the game not beating up a real one and passing on it due to it needs a good week of play time.

One game that stands out for me in the past was Ico and when they announced a sequel to it a few years ago I thought it would have to be spectacular to beat that rare cult like status game. Try buying it today & you can, but all you get is the blue PS2 cased game. Back when Ico was released and it was released as a limited game it came in a cardboard satin case with 4 limited edition postcards. Not thinking at the time I only borrowed the game & soon after I thought I should get it for the collection for replay value it vanished from the gaming shelves. Sony deleted the game 6 months after the game was released. Now a sort of a rare item on e-bay, an original mint copy can exchange for around £40-50!! There are some stating that they have new original sealed ones, but the case are in french (due to the sold only 4% of the stock in france due to poor reception of the game) don't be fooled. I now have a premo original sealed version of it, now opened for play & that cost me £35 last year.

I've just came off my first of 3 night shift rotation & boy I'm feeling sore. Even though I was suppose to do a 12 hour 5pm to 5am shift we got ahead of ourselves & finished at 3:15am. sounds good & it is. Due to my contract I can knock off early if my quota is filled & still get paid for a full shift.

I feel like a child at Christmas creeping around the house as I don't want to wake up Jane as it will be the middle of the night for her. I'm going to shower, wind down & creep into bed around 5am for a quick sleep & be up for 8am for breakfast with Jane before she goes to work. I'll pop back to bed for another sleep until around 1pm & get on Kingdom Hearts 2 till 4pm

It's around 4:30am and I can't sleep due to my back has "gone off" after yesterdays appointment at the companys physiotherapist. I started work at my new job over 3 weeks ago & had my medical and mentioned that I seemed to streched my back & was waiting for an appointment to see a physio from my G.P. As a lot of you know it can take up to 6 months to get an appointment in the UK to see someone on the NHS regarding problems like this. It so happens that the company nurse said it's wrong to wait more than 48hrs after reporting a back problem to your G.P. as the problem can be helped quickly within that time and waiting months on end can infact do more damage to other parts of your body and not just the problem in hand.
