Hello all…
Its been a little while since my last confession…err…..blog.
I have to admit, married life isn’t so bad. Its been 7 months and still no problems. Not that I am expecting any. I’ve heard many stories where right after the second you say “I do”, things change. Last night, my wife was sitting ….well…half laying on the couch and I was over on the love seat. We were watching Family Guy (my fave). I looked over at her and I started thinking and ignoring the mindless antics and jokes of the show that usually makes me laugh so hard that I start crying and go on the verge of wetting myself. Anyways, I sat there, looked at her and couldn’t help but ask myself how I got there and how happy we are. Is this how its supposed to be? Is there more to it? Can it really be this easy? People get married for a lot of different reasons…some for the right and some for the wrong. We have friends that have been engaged for 2 years and have split up more times than Britney Spears has had conversations with her split personalities. Yet, they always find their way back to each other. It’s a mystery to me. Then there is my wife and I. We have yet to get under each others skin. We almost finish each others sentences and it seems it can’t get any better. There has to be a catch… It was at this thought that I got startled out of my gaze with, “Babe! Why are you staring at my boobs?!” I blinked and busted out laughing along with her. I don’t know what I was doing. I didn’t even realize I was doing it. I’m a man. A man who turns one year older at the end of this month by the way. My point is… I love being married to this woman (so far). :::::in my best Forrest Gump impression::: “That’s all I got to say about thayat.”

Glad it's going so well for ya! I imagine that it will probably be among your top 5 things to be thankful for this thanksgiving.
