    I went into the LiveChat area go get help with my problem.
    I never received a response from LiveChat acknowledgeing my request.
    Isn't there someone on duty in LiveChat???

    The LiveChat room is a place to go for members to talk in real time via chat- chances are you were the only person in there at the time.

    Normally the help is given in the Game Help and Console Help sections of the forums as well as here in Customer Service.
