  • i down loaded the new version 3.61 it said i needed to reset password
    tried to confirm my email address which is correct but gave an error #
    it said that i would recieve an email so i can reset my ps3 password but no email has been recieved it has been a week the error # is 80023156 can you please help me
  • According to Sony's error code checker (which we link to in the Code Checker thread near the top of this section) that code means there have been too many tries on validating the account. You'll have to wait 24 hours from the last attempt and try again.
