Command and Conquer Red Alert PS1

I can not figure out how to get more than the 16 skirmish maps for Command and Conquer Red Alert on the PS1. I used to play Red Alert back in the day and I remember that I used to be able to choose any of the 103 maps for a skirmish, but I can not find my cheats now. I think it was a code that you enter at the start screen, but I'm not sure. And I also remember being able to build the tesla tanks and I can't figure that out now either. Please help!!

I have checked oodles of websites with c&c cheats and still cant find out how to access those maps or build tesla tanks...
