Don't get me wrong, relationships can be great. You get perks on tap, someone to keep bringing you cold beers, hot dinners and to do the ironing (Yeah, I know I'm shallow). However it's not all happy fun times in the attached stakes. A recent survey conducted showed that tv has been taken over by programs aimed at the birds. The worse bit of this is that things are unlikely to change because all the attached blokes are sitting down and watching them with their birds. They don't want to watch them but they have to keep it all sweet in relationship land so they do. Being honest the average bloke would much rather watch something with little or no plot, lots of violence and explosions all done up in a package involving lots of horny scantily clad women running around with guns or swords. Another problem with relationships is that as the old saying goes 'variety is the spice of life' and most women I've met aren't too happy with their fella playing away from home, same goes the other way round of course before anyone jumps on the sexism bandwagon. What about when you can't stand her mates or she can't stand yours and you want to go out for a night on the town. Arguements always ensue, who are you going with, what are you going to do and where are you going. Where has all the trust gone? Out the window as soon as it's with someone the other person doesn't like. For me there's just too many complications involved with relationships. Every girl I've ever met always embarks on some great scheme to change the person they're with, then when they succeed they dump them because they are no longer the person they fell for ;) . There's that great bird logic in action again. I'll stick to being single and having fun, though if any horny attached women are looking for a bit on the side with no commitments I'm always avaliable. Don't get me wrong I'm not knocking those of you who've chosen a relationship, each to their own is what I say, but it's not for me.
