How come nobody has mentioned "The Italian Job"? That game is a "recent" release for PS1 and has some of the funniest voice acting ever. Sure it's just an altered version of Driver, but the story and acting are amazing. And you shouldn't forget Spiderman 1 & 2 and Road Rash 3D.
