HEALTH REFILS:

pause the game,press and hold L1+L2 for 10 seconds.With these buttons still held down,press down,right,left,triangle,right,down.a health bar will appear on the
pause window.Click on it to refill your life points. 

AMMMO REFILS:

pause the game,press L1+L2 for 10 seconds and with these buttons still held down,press triangle,left,left,left,circle,triangle,down.Like before a bar will form but this
time it will say ammo.Click on it to replenish spent ammunition. 

LEVEL SKIP:

pause the game and press L1+L2 for 10 seconds.
With these buttons held,press 
left,triangle,X,right,circle,triangle,down.
Same as the first 2 cheats....click on level bar
to skip your present level and go to the next.

To play as Fwank first highlight Mamma then press ; 
L1, CIRCLE, R1, DOWN, DOWN, R1, CIRCLE, L1, L1, 

Now move the curser over the red ballon and press Select
