 Codename: Tenka:

To skip a level, pause the game during play. Press
                   and hold L2 while pressing this button sequence:
                   Circle, Circle, Square, Triangle, R1, Square,
                   Triangle, Circle. Then release L2. 

To gain access to all of the guns, pause the game
                   during play. Press and hold L1, and enter the
                   following: Triangle, R1, Triangle, Square, R1, Circle,
                   Square, Square. Then release L1.
