OPEN THE TROPHIES, CARS and more...

Go to the game progression screen and press:

L1, R1, L, R, L, R, U, D, U, D, X, X+SELECT

You will hear a sound and then go to the grey boxes 
and press "X" to open the trophies, cars, etc.... 

Note : Tested on PAL version of the game.

FASTER CAR:
go to the new driver screen and put the driver name in as -LDN- and the 
acceleration will improve considerably.

once u do this pick any car and go to time trials. select corsica and then
any track.you will automatically be taken to australia hidden tracks.i
recommend the last two.
