I am playing on the hardest mode, all-star. Maybe it is just that you can't steal at that difficulty level. I like that level because the game is too easy otherwise. I win every singe game on other modes. I remember on the PS1 version of triple play it was way too easy to steal. You made it 90% of the time with anyone with speed over 65. Maybe they swung it back the other way too far for the 2002 version of this game. Thanks for the advice, though.
