First off, 'Fankies', as one of the many moms (mum's, if you're English etc.) here, at APi. It was a pure joy, to pop in here and see your lovely sentiment!!!!!
Spent my 'Mother's Day'......well, the morning at least.....snug and cozy in bed, with a good book. Enjoyed a most 'unique', breakfast of toast and chocolate chip cookies  And was most jubilant in knowledge, that I didn't have to change a single nappy, nor cook or clean, for an entire day!!!! 
As for the 'golf' idea.........sure, you could do that? But just remember 'Father's Day isn't too far away. Prehaps all the Women-folk, could go shopping, with your credit cards. And leave the kids behind for some 'bonding' time......perfect opportunity to point out the finer qualities of 'Remote Hogging' and ESPN watching, to the younger members of the family!!!???? hahaha :lol: Happy Mother's Day!!!!! |
