The 20gb is basically the same spec as the xbox premium model....but with a bd drive I believe. Now for me the choice doesnt come down to the size of the HD (as I have a perfectly capable 250Gb HD here that would fit in either) but its the wireless connectivity that suits my needs. The house is sorted for wireless and to behonest its like £50 for a thing to fit the PS2 to go wireless and they are hit and miss - not to mention only for the slimline model. I make no apologies about it when I say that I have the bigger one and I aint changing it for no-one (the PS2 that is, which explains why I dont engage in netplay at the moment)
I know £100 for wireless connectivity is asking a lot, but if, as Tiff says, it came with a game and a bd movie, all of a sudden its not as bad as it sounds....
(besides the wife has promised to buy it for me...but I have to get the bathroom done, the garden finished and a new floor in the kitchen first  ) |
