Woah there Rory man. She may as well ask you to just go and build a new house and landscape a new garden from scratch. Would maybe be easier? 
Also, Chris, it's only the games that will be region-free, the movies will all be locked to their respective regions. Although, as I said a few posts earlier, there were rumours that the regions were going to change for the new HD movies from like the current 6 or 7 to I think 4 or 5. Dunno if that IS going to happen, just what I read or heard about is all
Oh and by the way Jim, like Rory said, if you're not fussed about all the extras then get the 20GB version as standard 2.5" HDDs fit into the PS3 so you could get that 500GB HDD that you've got laying around the place and shove it in your PS3, lol
