Over here in the UK we are always moaning about how everyone else seems to get things cheaper than us. A few years ago this definitely was true, but these days many of our consumer goods are very competitively priced.
All of our consumer goods include 17.5% VAT (Value Added Tax) which can make things look expensive.
I was just wondering how that works in the USA and Canada...
Do you have to add some sort of Sales Tax onto the published price of the PS3 and do you have to pay tax on it at the end of the financial year ?
