Hi there brookhoffman, it took me a little while to work out the Game Name (DRAKAN The Ancients Gates)

Go to the southern most building to speak with Ranwulf. Ranwulf will tell you the second gate is in the land of the Half-Men which is sealed with a magic barrier. He will give Rynn a plan book they found that she must take to the wizard Zeggoro in his tower.
