Ok- hopefully I have the right section of the game here.
Run past the Allosaurus and go through the gate to South Route 2, kill off the raptors and through the blue door into the Poison Plant area. Kill or (better yet) avoid the Oviraptors along the way. That should get you to the water tower and on to the rest of the level. Good luck!
