I think i must have been lied funy in bed last night as i cant move my neck. Seriuosly every time i try i get a horrible pain. Ive never had a pain like it and it hurts like he!!. I just cried trying to brush my hair its that bad. Im getting no sympathy off tiff and i dont know wether im safe to drive or not.

Im gonna go up my brufen dose and see if it kicks in!
