It is possible- you'll just need a separate e-mail address for each one.
I can't see it helping any with finding people to play on Resistance, however- the game is going to the servers it is told to on the disc. As I recall you are using the Hong Kong version of Resistance? It will just keep pointing at those servers no matter where you made a PSN ID for.
