On my guitar hero 2, my guitars green and red fret buttons dont work.The blue works as the green one and the yellow works as the red. My analog controller works all the colors when I plug those in. So I know its not the game. When I play regular guitar hero the fret buttons work all good. So the guitars are all good. What could this be.
