Sounds like you have some serious guitar problems there. You should be able to get a replacement from Red Octane if you are within the warranty period. They will supplement (add to) the retail warranty up to an extra 30 days so if you are within 2 months of the purchase date right now you are set. You will also need the receipt from the purchase.
