I was able to find two cheats for this.
During play hold down the R2 and L2 buttons and press circle, square, x, square, triangle, triangle. This gets you infinite ammo.
This time while holding the L2 and R2 press x, square, x, square, triangle, triangle. This gives infinite respect.
