You can still do the wall quest (I did it on disk four as well). *As for the superslick, you have to deliver all of the moogle letters. *I can't seem to find the other damn thread, so I'll re-write it:

• Atla: Burmecia
• Mogryo: Black Mage Village
• Kumool: Ipsen's Castle
• Mois: Ice Cavern / Qu's Marsh (if the cavern is blocked Mois will be in front of the entrance to Fossil Roo, this means you need Quina in your party to get to him)
• Noggy: Daguerro
• Kupo: Alexandria

At this point you find that someone in Alexandria has the item. *Why don't you take in a little theater while you try to think of who it is. ;)
