There are very few cheat codes for this game- guess the developers wanted people to get through it honestly.  There's no easy way to get them.
When you are close to a weapon pod Pox will chime in and mark the location on your radar. As for expanding the mind powers, you'll have to start doing some abducting of various humans with the saucer and use the Gene Blender. |
