They have finally made the additions to the PlayStation Store in North America this week. This time we get ourselves two new downloadable games, a demo and three game videos.
First up, the games. new to the PlayStation store is David Jaffe's Calling All Cars. It features highly detailed 3D levels, multiple weapons and 10 vehicles to pick from. the objective is to recapture criminals before other bounty hunters can nab them and the reward money. The game description says "Experience a combination of demolition derby gameplay, crazy weapon pickups, humor and a healthy throwback to classic arcade games". It is priced at $9.99 US/ $10.99 Canadian.
The second game is Rampart, a classic arcade game given updated graphics. Build your fortress using different shaped blocks then place your cannons to successfully defend your castle while taking out the opposition along with enemy ships. Along with the offline play Rampart also features online play with full score tracking. The price here is $4.99 US/ $5.99 Canadian.
In the freebies department we have game videos for the latest edition to the Burnout series, Burnout Paradise along with a new Warhawk video and Rampage: World Tour. A demo is also available for Super Rub-a-Dub, the quirky puzzle game based on the rubber duckie tech demos used in the PS3 prelaunch showing off the graphical capabilities.
Overall it's another pretty good week of goodies- time to start downloading!
