Once you see what tree she is in on the radar you will have to climb it to get to her. She won't lightning strike the tree she is in herself so you are safe there as long as you time your jumps right and avoid going too far out on the branches. keep going up until you only see two branches above you. Once you get to the top you can use your blade wire to finish things off.
