it be the laser had the same problem my self mate probably wonmt play blue discs either a little tip i was told that worked was to put the disc in like normal then on top of that place an old cd or a free internet trial disc you know something you dont need on top then insert the disc and for some reason it worked might be something to do with the weight pushinhin it closer to laser or sommet.
