I've beaten the ravage rider what you do is stand in the center of the wooden circle and when he comes at you you dodge him at the last second and he will crash into the wall now use dragon time and go up to him and attack him. When you get him down to red health you run around behind him so he can't attack you with cannon balls. Then jump into the center of the wooden circle and he will come at you really fast so jump out really quick now do the same thing with dragon time and attack him.
