best advice i can give is roll out of the way when they come at you- they do the most damage when running you over. Once you dodge use th Flying Swallow maneuver until they fall off (should take a couple of tries) or, if your timing is good, guillotine the suckers. Once they are off their bikes they are just like normal soldiers to finish off.
