You are actually in "Temple of the Fates". The idea here is to get both bells ringing at the same time.
Go up to the bell with the image of Cronos on it (should be to the right of the statue). Press R1 then quickly hit both the L1 and R1 buttons to ring the bell. ow use the Amulet to slow down time and quickly make your way to the middle of the room in front of the statue head of Lahkesis. Grapple up to where the crystal was and face the bell knocker then hit R1 to have it hit the other bell. If done correctly the statue head will crack.
Now, jump below the platform the knocker is on and rotate it using the lever to face the statue head in the back. Grapple back up and drive the ram right into the statue head to reveal the path in the statue's face.
