You are likely going to kick yourself mentally when i say this- X is the X button on the controller while T is the Triangle button. Where it says X3 I believe he means hit the X button 3 times. Not sure about that last 3, may have been a typo.
As it says, this code is only for the PAL version of the game- if you are trying this on the North American release it most likely will not work.
