Unfortunately, that fall did more than just knock a piece off the side- something on the insides got broken as well. You could either take it back to the store you purchased it at and exchange it for another or contact Sony's tech support and talk to them about getting an exchange- there is a one year warranty. Whichever way you go, i would not mention the dropping bit.  |
