Unfortunately there isn't much you can do with Dance Factory's problem other than get a PS2 to play it on- it's a matter of the backward compatibility not being quite right on the PS3 for it. Until Sony can patch things with an update (and there is no guarantee they ever will) that will be the norm for that game.
