The hard drive is crapped out. If you are under warranty contact Sony and they can fix you up free of charge. Otherwise, your best bet is to pick up a new 2.5" SATA notebook hard drive and make a swap. Gives you a good excuse to make an upgrade if space was getting tight, at least.  |
