You can set up a static IP address for the PS3 in the router's IP Static IRP. You'll just need the PS3's MAC Address, found in Settings/ System Settings/ System Information. Tell the Netopia the address to give (within the range of the router, of course), the MAC Address to give it to and click the Submit button. You then just have to add that same IP address into the PS3's settings.
