Use the switch on the right side of the chamber, to open up the right side of the gate. Then break the walls on both sides to reveal a hidden waterway. To open the gate you need to put a dead human body, that litter the waterways, in the waters of the right waterway. Then move over to the left waterway and wait for that same body to pass, when it does grab it and place it on the left pressure switch, then quickly run onto the middle pressure switch to open the gate. Then quickly run under it before it closes.
