BY any chance have you gotten the SNITCH yet?! there is a portrait next to the fireplace riding on a broom. You need to talk to him by putting the table against the wall and press the triangle button to TALK then the missing SNITCH is actually at one of the portrait (the 3rd portrait old guy all you had to do is talk to him and ask him) then the guy from the broom will take his snitch from the other portrait and give yours.
