You will get a text message telling you that you have to find a police car.

Dial 911 on your mobile phone and choose the police department. Within a few seconds a police car will turn up very close to you.

GTA4 PORTRAIT OF A KILLER MISSION TIP:

This is the quickest way to steal the car without getting more than one wanted star.

Walk up to the driver-side of the police car that has just arrived. Wait until the cop on the passenger side of the car has got out, walked around and then just as he is getting back into the car, pull the driver out and jump in.

Both cops will not have enough time to stop you and you will get away quickly and easily without having to shoot anyone.

On this mission, simply drive straingh down the road until your car is just outside of the wanted zone and stop. After a few seconds your wanted level will dissapear.

Then, you will get a message informing you about a guy you need to kill. You can use the computer to search the guy. Once you have him, you can mark him on your map.

Then, you must now head on out to that location where you'll notice gang members. You can use a rocket launcher, or snipe at your enemies to clean them all up.

You will also notice that there's enemies on the roof, so climb the ladder and finish them all off.
