You're definitely doing everything right, with not playing them if they're not fully fit and moving their positions around.
The only thing i would say that could be affecting it is the Team Chemistry and how you play in games and the results you get from them. Do you win often...? If you regularly lose then that is definitely why your players morale are low. If that is not the case however, i am truly baffled with why their morale would be so low...? |
