hey hi i just have the same problem the 80010514 error code, sometimes my ps3 reads the ps2 and ps3 games, but the ps3 games after a few minutes still freeze and i quit the game and the game doesnt appears in the main menu, i can play the games for a few minutes only.

you said that the problem was that the blueray drive is broke, so you think if i will buy a new blueray drive can fix it ?

or maybe if i will buy a new hardrive can fix it?
