Hard to say for sure where in the level the last 2 boxes may be (I take it this is one of the Crash Bandicoot games) considering I wouldn't be able to see which ones you got. All I can suggest is go through again and watch for possible branching paths/ hidden boxes. Take your time and don't worry about any timer, if there is one.
