| Hello, my ps2 eject/power switch doesn't work. When i start the console using the main power switch in the back, i press the eject button, but it only works the first time. After that, both the eject and power buttons on the front don't work even though they stay lit up. I checked the cable connecting the switches to the console, and everything seems to be plugged in. Any help would be much appreciated. |

| Sounds like your system is in need of repair, deadrising. It could be the contacts on the buttons are getting bad. I would suggest giving the sony tech line a call. The number for your area can be found in the system manual or any game manual. BTW, you shouldn't have to shut the power off in the back unless you're moving the system- you could have left it in sleep mode. |
