Here's the list for Episode IV, Chapter Six- Rebel Attack:

Minikit Canister #1: Just past the first force field, stay to the left
side until you see the red and green rotating lever
rise out of the ground. Push it around once counter-
clockwise by blasting it or flying into it, and the
pod containing the canister will rise beside it.
Shoot the pod to collect the canister.
Minikit Canister #2: In the first area, enter the TIE Fighter checkpoint
on the left side and use a torpedo to destroy the
purple target, yielding the canister.
Minikit Canister #3: Along the right wall in the first area with active
combat, just behind the torpedo targets, shoot the
blue wall segments to reveal an alcove containing the
canister. Fly in to get it.
Minikit Canister #4: In the large area with the split path, enter the TIE
Fighter checkpoint along the left wall. Inside, fly
over all eight green panels in the floor quickly to
light them all up (use a fast ship), and the pod
containing the canister will rise up.
Minikit Canister #5: Just outside the TIE Fighter checkpoint along the
left wall in the area with the split path, use the
red and green rotating lever to lift up the pod with
the canister.
Minikit Canister #6: Along the right wall in the large area with the split
path, gain entry to both TIE Fighter checkpoints. In
the earlier one, use a Snowspeeder to tow a rolling
bomb, then drag it up to the second checkpoint and
use it to destroy the wall panels on either side of
the energy field. Repeat for the other side and
collect the canister behind the field.
Minikit Canister #7: Immediately to the right of the second TIE Fighter
checkpoint along the right wall in the large area
with the split path, destroy the blue wall segments
to reveal an alcove containing the canister.
Minikit Canister #8: In the area before the canyon run, activate the red
and green rotating lever to the left of the first
trench, near the upper wall. Spin it to receive the
canister in a pod.
Minikit Canister #9: Just past the last force field before the canyon run,
shoot the blue segments in the wall on the left side
to reveal an alcove containing the canister.
Minikit Canister #10: Before blowing up the Death Star, use the rotating
red and green lever to raise up the canister, in the
far left corner of the area with the exhaust port.
