Ok, I must be really dumb or my controller isn't working correctly but, I've tried everything to figure out how to aim my shot when I'm playing in regular game mode (no penalty shots). How do I do it? I power up the shot button to full or minimum power and it always shoots over the top of the goal. I've tried aiming with the left analog stick and it doesn't seem to help. I even tried holding L1 and L2......Please help, I'm new to this game and it's frustrating the hell out of me!

with the left stick same with passes you should aim with the stick if you sprint towards goal yuo cant direct it as much.
