The multiplayer should be found in the Play Modes section of the menu. Go in there and you should see Single Player and Multi Player. Then choose between online and offline play. From here it will be a matter of choosing your teams, stadium, etc.- all pretty straightforward. the game manual should have some information on where to find it.
