I guess that you're talking of the double doors with the Door Digit puzzle. Ok, not too hard. While in Examining Room 3 find the typewriter and take the carbon paper from it. You'll need it for later for the Louise puzzle. Next head into the examination room and look at the white board on the wall. There's a four digit number on it or a code. The four digit code is 7335 for easy/normal modes and "T" for hard mode which ends up being 1328, all parts of the "T" on the keypad. Well, i hope that you enjoy this wonderful game.
