Does anyone know the answers to the box in the 3rd floor storage room in the Hospital from the Trick or Treat game that was on the radio in the elevator?

The code to the "Trick or Treat game is 313. On the box, there are #'s at the top and on the side. The #'s at the top are what you'll choose; the numbers on the side 01,02,03, I can only assume are the question's #'s. So you will go to 01 and then click 3, go to 02,click 1;03,click 3
